Blepharoplasty progression 👁👁 This beautiful patient wanted to make her eyes look less droopy and tired without changing their natural character. I performed my signature upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery to give her this natural-looking result. Note that her bruising at 1 week is more than average, but it is important to understand that surgery does involve some degree of recovery, and bruises can be covered with makeup for those who return to work at 1 week. Nonsurgical undereye correction 💉💉💉 This beautiful patient wanted a quick and minimally invasive way to reduce the tired appearance of her undereye area. She is an excellent candidate for surgical blepharoplasty, but she preferred injectable tear trough augmentation. Cheekbones & nasolabial folds 💉💉💉 This beautiful patient was experiencing some mild descent of the mid-face, which was causing flattening of the cheeks and heavy lines between her nose and corners of the mouth. Reconstructive nonsurgical rhinoplasty 👃🏾👃🏾👃🏾 This beautiful patient had a surgical rhinoplasty by another doctor that caused severe necrosis and scarring of her nose. She was unhappy with her flattened bridge, tethered scars, and bulbous tip. This was an extremely challenging case and certainly an expert injector technique, because not only was her tissue quite scarred, but her blood supply was quite tenuous. Full correction will be a process, but she had a significant improvement from this procedure alone. 💉💉💉 Nonsurgical rhinoplasty looks extremely easy in the 5 second video snippets I publish, but the planning, thought process, and execution is very complex. I advise other injectors to avoid this procedure unless they are extremely knowledgeable about nasal anatomy and vasculature. 👃🏾👃🏾👃🏾
