This is a good example of how a voluptuous lip can be built with a single syringe of filler. More dramatic transformations are certainly possible, but in most cases I recommend 1-2 syringes of filler in any given session. A senior plastic surgeon I admire, Dr. Mulliken at Harvard, once told me that plastic surgery is a battle between beauty and blood supply. We must always be cognizant of tissue distensibility and vascularity, even with cosmetic procedures. 💋💋💋 .
