Thank you @miamiherald for featuring my thoughts on smooth versus textured breast implants. 💎 Breast augmentation is one of my most commonly performed operations, and choice of implants is something that I carefully consider for each case. Generally, I prefer smooth implants because they avoid the issue of ALCL associated with textured implants.
