Longevity of undereye fillers depends on your metabolic rate, the types of fillers used, and environmental factors such as how much movement or contact the fillers deal with on a day to day basis. Many patients ask me about my own personal interventions, and this is one of my favorites for myself as well as for my patients with hollowing of the orbit. This beautiful patient I saw today has large eyes and a hollow undereye sulcus, creating a heavy shadow and pronounced lid-cheek junction. Reconstructive nonsurgical rhinoplasty 💉💉💉 This beautiful patient had notching of her nasal ala after a previous rhinoplasty (done by another surgeon).
