Submental micro-liposculpture 👸🏼👸🏼👸🏼 This beautiful patient was concerned about excess fat of her neck, which created a "double chin" appearance even though she was very thin. I performed my signature submental micro-liposculpture to give her this gorgeous result. This is a 20 minute procedure that involves a tiny 3 millimeter incision hidden under the chin. Patients can have the procedure wide-awake with local numbing medicine, or they can be asleep with light sedation administered by my anesthesiologist. I consider submental liposuction to be the gold standard 🏆🏆🏆 procedure for treating a double chin. Blepharoplasty progression 👁👁 This beautiful patient wanted to make her eyes look less droopy and tired without changing their natural character. I performed my signature upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery to give her this natural-looking result. Note that her bruising at 1 week is more than average, but it is important to understand that surgery does involve some degree of recovery, and bruises can be covered with makeup for those who return to work at 1 week. By 1 month, she looks rested, with no more hooded upper lid skin or undereye hollows, and she is able to wear eyeshadow again. Importantly, she still looks like herself-- not surprised, pulled, or strange. 👁👁 .
