Upper eyelid blepharoplasty is one of my favorite, signature operations. (Have you seen my viral “upper eyelid zip” technique videos 🤐🤐🤐?) It can be performed in about 30 minutes, awake, with local numbing medicine. The result is brighter, larger eyes that maintain the natural character of your features. Submental micro-liposculpture is a powerful technique for improving the neck, chin, jawline, and cervicomental angle. This beautiful patient flew from out of state ✈️✈️✈️ for this 20 minute procedure done awake with numbing medicine. She arrived at my office looking like the image on the left, and departed looking like the image on the right. Both of these photos were taken today, about 25 minutes apart.
