Correction of horizontal neck lines 💉💉💉 There are only a few areas in aesthetics where surgery is NOT the best approach; horizontal neck lines, malar festoons, and dynamic wrinkles are my top 3. These are all examples of things that sound easy to fix but that are actually very challenging. Here is an example of a beautiful patient who was thin with good skin quality, but who hated her horizontal neck lines.
