Heaven Only Knows - One of the injuries i had as a result of DV was a hairline fracture along my cheek into my nasal bridge. Caused asymmetry and a little bump. Sometimes the best refinements are the most subtle. This already beautiful patient had a facelift and necklift to give her an improvement in neck contour, skin laxity, and cervicomental angle. Though her hair is slightly obscuring the right photo, her optimized contour is still apparent. 💎💎💎 .
