Looking gorgeous 1 week after breast augmentation 🦋🦋🦋 This beautiful patient wanted a more voluptuous figure for her slim and athletic physique. Her goal was a proportionate and natural result that she would be able to accentuate or downplay, depending on the situation. 🦋🦋🦋 I performed my signature no-touch, rapid-recovery breast augmentation to give her this excellent early result that will only continue to improve as her implants drop and settle. ☠️☠️☠️ CAUTION: Many of the most important decisions your surgeon will make during breast augmentation (and any operation, really) will be made while you are asleep. 😴 For this reason, it is important to select a surgeon who you can trust to do the right thing, act in your best interest, and not take any shortcuts. 📝📝📝 In order to achieve beautiful results, I perform many additional steps in my breast augmentations that add significant costs to the operation: use of a Keller funnel, use of three antibiotics in my irrigation solution, changing my gloves 3 times during the operation, resterilizing the breasts 3 times, using nipple shields, using a 3-day nerve block, using temporary sizers to select the best implant size, opening brand new sterile equipment for every case, operating in a fully accredited operating room, and using a maximally trained staff including a board-certified anesthesiologist and registered nurse. These small things add up to big differences. 🦋🦋🦋 .
