Permanent under-eye rejuvenation 👁👁 This handsome patient wanted to look more refreshed without looking "done" or having obvious signs of surgery. He is pictured before and several months after blepharoplasty (surgical removal of under-eye puffy bags). Note the natural, soft lid-cheek junction, smooth under-eye skin, and nearly invisible incision. 👁👁 While I perform a high volume of under-eye tear trough injection, surgery is the 🏆 gold standard 🏆 approach to rejuvenating the eyes. This procedure takes 30-40 minutes and lasts forever. Most patients take little to no pain medicine and can work from home starting in a day or two.
