Finesse rhinoplasty 👸🏼👸🏼👸🏼 Some of the most challenging nose cases are those where I start with a patient who already has a nice nose and just wants a bit of fine-tuning, as with this lovely patient pictured here. She wanted her nose to be straighter with less of a "ski-slope swoop" and also to have less nostril show at baseline. I was able to help her achieve this pretty, refined, and subtle look. I tell my nose patients that I want them to look like their best angles and most flattering photos-- even if the change is just 1 or 2 millimeters-- and I think we were able to achieve that here. 👸🏼👸🏼👸🏼 .
