No-touch breast augmentation technique ❌🖐🏼⚪️⚪️ I use many techniques to keep my breast augmentations pristine and sterile: 🏆 antiseptic preparation and draping, 🏆 preoperative IV antibiotics, 🏆 near bloodless surgical dissection, 🏆 triple antibiotic irrigation, 🏆 nipple covers, 🏆 re-prepping and re-draping of each breast before implant placement, 🏆 changing of gloves before implant placement, 🏆 post-operative oral antibiotics, and 🏆 use of the Keller funnel (pictured) for no-touch implant placement. ⚪️⚪️ The Keller funnel acts like a pastry funnel used for decorating a cake: the implant is squeezed out through a small opening into the carefully dissected breast pocket.
