6 days after breast augmentation for a fellow health care professional 😷😷😷 This beautiful patient wanted voluptuous breasts on her petite frame. In order to accomplish her goals and keep her surgery anatomically appropriate, natural looking, and safe, I performed several sizing maneuvers, placed the implants in the dual plane under the muscle, and used the newest generation highly cohesive Inspira silicone implants. 😷😷😷 Her results will continue to improve as her implants drop and settle over the next 3-4 months, but at just 6 days after surgery, she already looks 💯 and has full supple motion of her upper body. 😷😷😷 .
