Facelift scars ✂️✂️✂️ Patients are often concerned about when they can return to work and social functions after a facelift or necklift. This is a recent patient pictured 5 days after surgery (left) and 5 weeks after surgery (right). I typically tell patients that they will be able to comfortably return to work and dinner parties 2 weeks after surgery, and weddings and major social events 1 month after surgery. Final scar maturation takes about a year, at which time incisions are nearly invisible. 📝📝📝 Note that I normally place scars hidden inside the ears (behind the tragus), but this was a revision case, so I used the patient's previous incisions. ✂️✂️✂️ .

Periorbital correction 👁👁 This gorgeous patient flew all the way from California ✈️✈️✈️🌴🌴🌴 to see me for custom-tailored injectables. In the top image, her eyes show significant hollowing both laterally and inferiorly, with some deep creases and dark circles.
