Beautiful early results for breast augmentation 💗💗💗 This is a good example of how breast implants appear to be high and quite round immediately post-operatively. It takes about three months for breast implants to drop and settle into their final, natural, teardrop shape. Upper & lower eyelid surgery 👁👁 This international patient ✈️✈️✈️ wanted her beautiful eyes to look more alert without changing their shape or character. I performed a meticulously measured upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty to achieve this natural-looking result. 📝📝📝 Note that she has an improvement in hooding, puffiness, and drooping, but that she still looks like the same woman. Also note that even in darker skinned patients, scarring both above and below the eyes is extremely camouflaged (no makeup in any photo shown). 👁👁 Upper and lower eyelid surgery takes about an hour, is done under twilight sedation, and results last forever. This is one of my favorite operations because it requires delicate tissue handling and extreme attention to detail. 👁✈️👁✈️ .
