Teardrop shaped breasts 💧 This beautiful patient wanted fuller breasts with a natural-looking slope and curve. This was her long-term result. 💧 I used smooth round implants placed under the muscle to achieve this result. Note the improvement in upper pole fullness and cleavage, as well as the fact that her petite build has been preserved. 💧 Breast augmentation in very thin patients requires a more thoughtful and careful approach. As a surgeon, you cannot simply stick implants in and assume they will look good. A series of deliberate measurements and meticulous dissections is needed to create results like these. 💧 .
