By request, this is a clip of my surgical approach to chubby cheek correction 😷😷😷 Buccal fat pad removal is a short surgical procedure to reduce the chubbiness of disproportionately full cheeks. This surgery can be done under local anesthesia in 20 minutes, with tiny incisions hidden inside the mouth.
