The facelift, necklift, and eyelift are some of my favorite operations in plastic surgery because they can be so subtle yet so transformative. A well-performed facelift involves a resuspension of the substructure of the face and neck, a delicate re-draping of loose skin, and a scar hidden inside of and behind the ear.
