An immediate result after facelift and necklift with autologous fat grafting. The left image was taken standing before surgery, while the right image was taken a few hours later “on the table.” Bruising and swelling are present, but a hint of her improvement is visible. It takes 6-12 months for all swelling to completely dissipate and for wound healing to fully mature after facelift, but this is a typical immediate post-op appearance. This beautiful patient has deep set eyes with significant periorbital hollowing, which is common in thinner patients with larger eyes. Pretty rosebud lips 👄. This is a full but natural look for my beautiful patient. We added two syringes of hyaluronic based filler over the course of six weeks to get this pretty result.
