This beautiful bride wanted to have an optimized hourglass figure for her wedding day. I performed a breast augmentation with internal lift to give her this rounder, perkier, fuller look. 1 week after facelift and necklift. Most of my published facelift and necklift results are months to years after surgery, but by request, I am posting more of the early surgical stages to help elucidate the recovery process. This is a follow up from an immediate post op pic I posted last week. This beautiful patient took just one pain medicine pill and looks great even at this early stage. Her biggest improvements are in her neck, which can be a very challenging area to rejuvenate. She has mild bruising and swelling that will resolve on their own.
