This beautiful patient flew from Paris 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷 to see me to help improve the contour of her neck and chin area. I used Kybella, an injectable enzyme that permanently dissolves fat under the chin. Patients require 1-6 sessions, spaced 6-8 weeks apart. I have had good results in achieving skin tightening as well as fat reduction in this area and elsewhere. I prefer submental liposuction as a more definitive way to address this concern, but each patient has unique desires and goals. 💎💎💎 .
