Conservative breast augmentation for a petite patient 💎 Breast augmentation is one of the most frequently performed cosmetic surgical procedures in the United States and in my practice. This procedure takes about 30 minutes and is customized to your body type, measurements, goal results, and personal desires. Patients typically require 3-7 days off work and 4-6 weeks off strenuous exercise. Final results are apparent after 3-6 months in most cases. This patient is pictured before and 6 weeks after surgery, so her breasts will continue to mature and settle over time. 💎 I perform all breast augmentations (and all other procedures) with careful attention to detail, measurement, marking, and preoperative planning. Implants are placed with a no-touch nearly bloodless technique, using triple antibiotic irrigation and a 3-day nerve block to reduce or eliminate need for narcotic pain medicines. Patient satisfaction is very high, and the trend in my practice is toward a more petite and conservative look, although I certainly perform larger augmentations as well. 💎 .

Here, I performed my tailored approach to submental liposuction, with attention toward skin tightening, jawline definition, and improvement of the cervicomental angle.
