This is a slim patient who desired a full breast look, shown before, after (nude), and after (lingerie) breast augmentation surgery. I performed an internal lift as well as placement of submuscular silicone implants to give her this improvement in contour, fullness, and nipple position. Sometimes it can be hard to visualize breast sizes in clothing, so this image is a helpful way to get a sense of “real world” breast looks. 💎💎💎 .
