Tear trough augmentation to correct undereye hollows 💉💉💉 Here I used my sandwich 🥪🥪🥪 technique to layer filler above and below the orbicularis oculi muscle, as well as on the periosteum of the bone. This is a realistic look at immediately after filler— she is slightly red from needle sites, but the softening around her eyes is already apparent and will improve over the next few weeks.
