Eyelid surgery— before and 3 months after surgery. Incisions are planned in natural lid creases to be as inconspicuous as possible, even without makeup, as seen in my handsome male patient. Photofacial rejuvenation using customized intense pulsed light therapy for @theconcreteblonde ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Here, we tailored her treatment to address enlarged pores, dullness or texture, irregular pigmentation, and overall skin rejuvenation. As seen in her before and immediate after photos, she has a slight degree of redness (almost like a mild sunburn appearance) that will last for about 12 hours. Her skin has an immediate improvement in turgor, tightness, and texture, and her results will continue to improve over the next several days. She is able to wear makeup immediately but should not have active sun exposure. This treatment can be repeated every 6-8 weeks depending on individual goals.
