Nonsurgical correction of dark circles 💉💉💉 This beautiful patient is pictured before and 2 days after tear trough augmentation with my sandwich 🥪🥪🥪 technique. “Sandwich” refers to my approach of layering filler on the periosteum of the orbital rim, as well as above and below the orbicularis oculi muscle, to create a softer look. Note that she has swelling and is still healing, but she already shows a nice improvement in contour.
