This was a challenging revision upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery on my beautiful patient. She had significant hollowing and excess skin, as well as a stiff but thin skin texture due to prior procedures. We were able to soften her A-frame deformity and excess skin folds while keeping her beautiful features. She is smiling in both photos. 💎💎💎 .

Lips peak in fullness at age 14-18. Many of my patients are not interested in big lips, but rather, would like to restore the volume they have lost to get back to their teenage lips.
