Gummy smile correction 👄👄👄 Here, I used microdroplet Botox to relax the trifurcation of the upper lip elevators, as well as injectable lip filler to plump the pout. The result is a subtle but beautiful improvement in this lovely patient’s smile. She is a blushing bride to be, and this is a nice example of how a couple of minimally-invasive treatments have optimized her smile for her big day. 👄👄👄 I urge anyone considering treatments like these to seek care from someone with anatomic expertise to avoid untoward consequences such as asymmetry and transient paralysis of the upper lip. 👄👄👄 .
