Throwback to my real-life Grey’s Anatomy experience with my co-residents from @columbiasurgery. ❤️ We worked very hard, did lots of surgery, studied, rounded, pulled hundreds of all-nighters, and learned how to be compassionate, thorough, determined, tough, sensitive, capable, and meticulous surgeons. We’ve all matured into our various specialties all over the country, but those formative 5-10 years will always be the backbone of our work ethic and commitment to doing right by our patients. I never thought I would look back on the most challenging time in my life with such nostalgia, but training to become a surgeon truly changed who I am, and I will be forever grateful. ❤️ #columbia #surgery #surgeon #medstudent #residency #greysanatomy
