Here, I am using deoxycholic acid, also known as Kybella, to permanently dissolve this excess fat and tighten the overlying skin and soft tissue. Kybella requires 1-6 sessions spaced out over the course of 6-8 weeks. Results last forever. A few days after an extremely complex revision breast surgery 💎💎💎 This beautiful patient had a severe left breast capsular contracture, a long-standing ruptured implant, and significant tissue distortion after surgery with another doctor.
