Tear trough augmentation is one of my most commonly performed nonsurgical interventions. While blepharoplasty surgery with autologous fat grafting is typically preferable as an approach, using injectable fillers to soften tiredness and hollowing under the eyes is less invasive, quicker, and has less downtime. This beautiful patient wanted a subtle and natural-looking softening of her dark circles that didn’t make her look overfilled or overdone. She was very happy with this result, shown a few minutes after the procedure. 💉💉💉 .
