Nonsurgical buttock augmentation is my preferred approach for building perky volume. I like to mark and inject buttocks in a standing position for more accurate assessment of buttock anatomy, but it can be done lying down if a patient prefers. For my beautiful patient here, we are adding 16 vials of poly-L-lactic acid for added projection and lateral “hip dip” softening, but amounts used can vary from 2 to 50 vials in a given session. 💎

This is 6 weeks after surgery— most patients are red carpet ready by 4 weeks. 💎💎💎 At its best, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is a subtle but transformative procedure. It takes about an hour, the natural character of the eyes remains the same, and the feeling of the face is brighter and fresher.
