The #oddlysatisfying moment when the buccal fat pad pops out 🎈🎈🎈 Buccal fat pad excision is a procedure that slims and contours the face by removing a walnut-sized amount of fat from the cheek. It takes 20 minutes and is typically done awake with local anesthesia. Incisions are hidden inside the mouth, and downtime is minimal.
